Susan Hillyard, B.Ed.(Hons) Warwick University
(U.K.) has work experience in seventeen countries as
a teacher, director, speaker, workshop facilitator,
consultant, researcher, on-line tutor. She was Prof.
Language IV in Lenguas Vivas and UTN, Bs As. She is
a NILE Associate Trainer, in Norwich, UK. She has
co-authored a Resource Book for Teachers Global
Issues for OUP and TDI-TKT On-line Course for
Pearson, New York. Moderator EVO Drama on-line
course for TESOL and on-line tutor on the Masters in
ELT, La Sabana University, Colombia. Now
coordinator: English in Action, teaching English
through Drama in Special Education, Ministry of
Education, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Lucrecia Prat Gay

A life-long learner who has been teaching for 32 years and coordinating since 1990, she co-founded Río de la Plata SUR and is its Head of English. Lucrecia is a Neurosicoeducator , with a Self-Esteem Practitioner Degree. She has studied Brain Based Learning overseas, and has been successfully putting the model into practice for the last fourteen years. She has spoken at countless conferences and seminars throughout the country and abroad sharing her passion for the brain and the role of emotions in learning and is now an International Teacher Trainer for Oxford University Press and a Speaker for Asociación Educar.
Deeply committed to making a positive and significant difference in her students’ lives, she has taught Literature for the IGCSE Exams, is a “retired actress” who worships Shakespeare and a loving mother to Juan and Jazmin.
Maria Celeste Grimau

Maria Celeste Grimau holds a degree of Profesora de Inglés graduated from Instituto Santa Brígida. She is the director of STEPS – Cross Cultural Understanding - and has been Head of English Department of "Colegio Del Sol". She has contributed articles on education to the Buenos Aires Herald and offered a number of workshops in Argentina and Chile. She is the director of Tick Tack Toe a magazine in English for parents and children. She is a storyteller and specializes in storytelling as a teaching tool as well as games to teach languages. She has developed her own methodology based on the use of games in the classroom. She has been a presenter in many international conferences for teachers of English in Argentina and Chile. She is a member of ARTESOL Board and at the moment she is studying drama at the Universidad Nacional de Rio Negro. Celeste is a passionate teacher who considers teaching as her mission.
Martín Rechimuzzi

Martín Rechimuzzi es Actor y Licenciado en Ciencia Política de la Universidad de Buenos Aires. Desarrolla la técnica de improvisación desde 2004 aplicándola no sólo a ámbitos artísticos sino también empresariales y educativos. Trabajó como actor en la compañía The Buenos Aires Players durante 3 temporadas. Trabaja desde el 2004 con diversas compañías de Improvisación y es fundador del grupo de improvisaciones Impropark.
Gustavo González

Gustavo González graduated as a teacher of English at I.S.F.D. N° 5 in Pergamino and holds a postgraduate degree from UBA, the National University of Buenos Aires. He’s currently attending a postgraduate diploma course on Education and New Technologies at Flacso (Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales). He has been in the ELT field since 1993, working as a teacher, school coordinator, teacher trainer and presenter. He has been delivering seminars and workshops all over Argentina, neighboring countries and Asia. He is one of the contributors to the book “Imagination, Cognition & Language Acquisition: A Unified Approach to Theory and Practice”, published by the New Jersey City University and has also written some articles for IATEFL (International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language) and other institutions. He is a teacher trainer for the Oxford Teachers’ Academy. He was chosen as a trainer for the Program “Conectar Igualdad” offered by Dirección de Cultura y Educación de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. He is a former vice president of APIBA, the Buenos Aires English Teachers’ Association and former vice president of FAAPI, the Argentine Federation of English Teachers’ Associations.
Luis Formaiano

Luis Formaiano has a degree in Psychology (UBA) and postgraduate degrees in Occupational Psychology (APBA) and Art Therapy (IUNA). He is a founding member of the Argentine Association of Art Therapy. As an artist, he has exhibited in London, Prague, Delft, Milan, Buenos Aires and New Jersey. Professionally, he has coordinated and taught Art Therapy Studies at the Carl G. Jung Foundation in Buenos Aires and is currently working as art therapist at the Day Care Centre of Clínica Las Heras. For the past seven years he has coordinated the Art Therapy Workshop for people living with HIV/Aids.
Alexander Riedmüller

Alexander was born in Germany and graduated in RHYTHMICS / Music and Movement Education from the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, as well as holding a degree in MUSICOLOGY from the University of Vienna (both Austria). In 2007, he started teaching English in kindergartens, linking RHYTHMICS and foreign language acquisition. Since September 2011, he has been living and working in the Rio de la Plata region, mainly as a trainer for teachers of German and other languages. With his group RITMICA VIENA, he has given RHYTHMICS workshops for children and adults in primary schools, institutes for special education, social programmes, refugee asylums, and has worked with choirs, taught at universities and other institutions in Austria, Germany, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Russia. He also is a clarinettist and an actor, performing with the improvisational theatre group artig in Vienna (Austria).
Anita Gritsch

Anita is Austrian by origin and international by choice, working and studying in different countries. She has experiences both in the area of language training (German, English, Portuguese)/translation and the arts (teaching rhythmic, percussion, violin and dance and performing with various groups). She has held RHYTHMICS workshops with different target groups, ranging from toddlers to teachers, in Austria and abroad. Currently she is based in Vienna, where she is finishing her degree in RHYTHMICS / Music and Movement Education at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. She also holds two degrees in English Studies (Language, Literature, Linguistics and Cultural Studies) and Sociology (both University of Vienna).
Laurie Sullivan

Born in Ireland. Graduate from London University (B.A. History and Political Science), and from St. Mary’s College, University of London Institute of Education, (Dip Ed.). Former Teacher and Deputy Head of St. Andrew’s Scots School, Buenos Aires, former Headmaster of the International School, Cordoba, and San Agustin, Rio Cuarto, and former Examiner and Team Leader for U.C.L.E.S. in Northern Argentina.
Currently Senior Partner of Sullivan and Associates – Teaching Resources and, until 2005, Marketing Manager for the JET/SET exams of Assessment and Qualification Alliance (A.Q.A.). He is currently academic director of S.A.F.A.E.S. evaluations.
A frequent speaker at National and International Conferences, he has published poetry and short stories in U.K. and U.S.A, and is currently about to publish a textbook for EFL Teaching to Adults.
